2017 Fall Fitness Schedule Open

2017 classes start in September, check here for the class schedule and registration forms. All spots are on a first registered, first confirmed basis. Please email debjb@shaw.ca, asap to reserve your spot, drop off registration forms and fees at my home or bring to class.

  • Mondays, Spin/Cross, 530 – 630 pm
  • Tuesdays, Spin/Boot, 915 – 1015 am
  • Tuesdays, Spin/Pilates, 530 – 630 pm
  • Wednesdays, Running Club, 530 – 630 pm
  • Thursdays, Spin/Boot 915 – 1015 am
  • Thursdays, Bootcamp, 530 – 630 pm
  • Saturdays, Spin/Pilates, 900 – 1000 am
